Traditional Food In Samail

Good happy day everyone ..
As any Town in Oman Samail is famous with some traditional meals which i believe it is delicacies and everyone love to have it in their special days or events and here we go.

We will start with the most important meals in the Eid which we have it on the morning of the first day of Eid which are (ORSEYA) and (QABOLY)

Then we will have Omani BBQ which we call it ( MASHAKIK) and it is very nice.

And we have (MOQLAY) which we have it at first day of Eid Also.

Also we have a special spicy Condiment which we use specially for Eid for one kind of Omani BBQ which we called (SHIWAA).
