Falaj Al-Samdi

Falaj Al-Samdi is considered one of the most famous and largest falajs (sophisticated water distribution systems) is feeds the many groves, farms in Samail, it is unique and known for its beauty and abundance of water, the falaj is a good place for picnics because it has natural beauty on its sides, covered with the shadows of long trees and huge mountains, families and visitors can rest and relax there. What truly makes Falaj Al-Samdi unique than any other falajs in Oman is that it doesn't get affected by seasons that do not have rains and when rains do not fall, like in summer for example.  

 Also there are other popular falajs and lesser known falajs in Samail like falaj AbulGhol, falaj Mahdeth, falaj Qalaei, and many others. Falajs every important to the people of Samail, from ancient times till our current day, without these distribution systems there wouldn't be such groves and farms in Samail.
